Hotel Business Management Division

J.Chen Hotels manages independent properties or those under contract with a hotel chain, be it a resort, business or convention hotel.

When the property is independent, management is oriented by J.Chen Hotels executives in cooperation with the property’s existing team, following local and international hotel management standards.

In the case of a property under a hotel brand contract, management is shared among J.Chen Hotels and the hotel chain. Standards are followed and the potential of the hotel chain is maximized by repositioning the product to a suitable market.

Under J.Chen Hotels’ management, diagnostics are performed in order to create solutions and investment strategies for the property to become competitive in the long term and with quality in its services.

Hotel Management

Apart and condo-hotels

J.Chen Hotels acts as the administrator of the condominium and rental pool, in accordance with the characteristics and specifics of the condo/apart hotel business model.

Technical Support

Assembly meetings are planned and pre-operational budgets are prepared, which include the pre-opening budget, operational equipment checklist, minimum-standard checklist in accordance with the chosen management company or business segment.

J.Chen Hotels counts with the expertise of professionals in the areas of architecture and civil engineering, who support and coordinate with the construction company´s own team of architects and engineers in the operational concept. The main goal of this relationship is to customize related items – for ease of maintenance and replacement – in the common areas of the property, as well as in the rooms.

Rental Pool

J.Chen Hotels elaborates a list of specifications for furniture and equipment, following market standards, the concept of the property and guest needs for each region.

Management Company

The needs of each property must be assessed and evaluated in order to determine the best fit and value-add when selecting a management company. In this case, management of the property is shared and J.Chen Hotels becomes responsible for the business’ operation.
